A: Usually, we can be loaded and ready to go within an hour or less depending on material prep and what is needed for the job and then depending on drivetime.

Q: Do you charge travel fees or have minimum job requirements?
A:We charge a 4-hour minimum to start, also varies on drive time and if we must stay overnight etc.

350-ton press brake for bending up to 12’ of 1/4” material, 10’ of 3/8”, and 8’ of 1/2” with precision ground tooling.
Hymson - HF3015B Fiber Laser
Cuts up to 60” x 120” sheets. Handles 7/8” mild steel, 3/8” aluminum, and 3/8” stainless steel from drawings or DXF files.
Rolling
Multiple capabilities for rolling 3/16” material up to 72” wide, plus square tube, channel, angle, and pipe/tubing.
Powder-Coating
An extensive process involving sandblasting, priming, and top-coating for superior longevity and a flawless finish.

Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS):
Defines welding parameters (e.g., voltage, amperage, travel speed, filler materials).

From Quote to Completion

Initial Inquiry & Scope Gathering
- Customer outreach: You get in touch—by phone or email, sharing basic details: the job type (fabrication, repair, mobile), location, materials, size, and any CAD drawings or photos.
- Information review: The shop clarifies job scope, complexity, post-weld finishing, certifications, and schedule needs

Providing a Quote / Estimate
- Material calculation: The shop determines material cost based on project.
- Labor projection: We estimate cost: direct welding time plus setup, clean up and drive time.
- Pricing method: The quote may use time & materials, flat rate, cost plus, or value based pricing depending on the job.
- Transparent quote document: You receive a professional estimate breaking down labor, materials and payment terms.

Agreement
- Discussion & negotiation: If needed, the shop explains assumptions and cost structure; may offer “worst case” estimates.

Job Preparation & Mobilization
- Material procurement: Materials and consumables are ordered, measured, and staged.
- Work prep: Drawings, fit up arrangement, welding procedure specification.
- Mobile set-up (if applicable): Tools and safety gear are loaded, travel arranged.

Fabrication / Welding Execution
- Pre-weld inspection: Fit up, alignment, material prep, and setup are checked before welding starts.
- Post-weld inspection and cleanup: Final inspection, deburring, dimensional checks.

Delivery / Installation & Final Sign-Off
- In shop pickup or mobile installation: Finished parts are either ready for pickup or delivered/installed onsite.
- Client walkthrough: Visual inspection, verification against expectations, and sign-off.
- Adjustments (if any): Any minor tweaks or touch-ups are addressed promptly.

Final Billing & Follow-Up
- Issue final invoice: Based on actual hours, materials used and agreed terms. Mileage or additional costs may be incorporated if applicable.
